The Marigold Project
A group program designed to support & empower educators and bring the joy back to teaching. 

 

Are you ready to recharge, grow and feel truly supported in your role as a teacher? 

The Marigold Project is for early childhood educators or teachers, primary teachers, those working in school settings or early learning, preservice, graduate or experience teachers and leaders.
 

 

Each session you'll get to join a group of like-minded educators to explore powerful tools and insights around children's emotions & behaviour. There will also be a large focus on supporting you as a human first, teacher second with an exploration of topics such as self-regulation, behaviour, nervous systems, emotional competence and more. 

Facilitated by two experienced professionals in emotions & childrens behaviour, this program will leave you feeling uplifted, supported & equipped to thrive in the classroom.

Delivery method: four online, interactive group sessions delivered by Zoom  

Dates: TERM 3 DATES SOON TO BE RELEASED!

Time commitment: 1.5 hrs x 4 sessions

Thriving Classrooms: 
Practical Strategies To Support Children's Emotions & Challenging Behaviour.

 

This session will:
 

  • Equip your team with the tools to confidently support children’s emotions and self-regulation.
     

  • Help educators understand the root causes of challenging behaviors and how to respond effectively.
     

  • Provide practical, easy-to-implement strategies for supporting children’s emotional and mental health in early years and primary settings.
     

  • Build educators confidence in the essential skill of Emotion Coaching and other key emotional intelligence concepts. 
     

  • Offer a framework for educators to prioritize and care for their own mental health, reducing burnout and overwhelm.
     

Delivery method: online or in-person options available. 

Group or private: private 1:1 (online) and whole-staff options available. 

Time commitment: 2 hours.
