You don't have to navigate the challenges of parenting alone.  Parenting can feel overwhelming, frustrating, and exhausting at times — I'm here to help you through it.

I offer a nurturing, compassionate space where you can share the challenges you’re facing with your child or children. Whether it’s managing difficult behaviors or understanding complex emotions, I'm here to provide guidance, support, and a listening ear, free of judgment.

My mission is to empower you as a parent with the tools, knowledge, and strategies you need to foster a positive, nurturing environment for your family.

I specialize in supporting parents through a variety of challenges, including:

  • Your child’s anxiety and separation anxiety

  • Anger and aggressive behaviors

  • Big emotions and emotional overwhelm (tantrums and meltdowns)

  • Understanding and supporting your child's temperament

  • Making sense of and responding to challenging behaviors

  • Rebuilding and strengthening the bond with your child

In-person Parent Sessions are available at Grow Health & Therapy Hub (Mornington) with online options too, so you can reach the Grow team and I from the comfort of your home. 

Parent Psychoeducation

2026 Group Parent Psychoeducation groups will be opening shortly. Empower yourself with tools and knowledge that will help you nurture your child’s emotional well-being and mental health whilst connecting with likeminded parents and sharing your experience if you feel comfortable to do so. 

Topics may include: 

  • Childhood Anxiety

  • Separation Anxiety

  • Emotion Coaching

  • Looking Beyond Behaviours

  • Understanding Your Child's Brain & Nervous System

  • Anger & Aggression

  • Parent Care & Compassion

Delivery method: in-person at Grow Health & Therapy Hub (Mornington)

Group: numbers will be capped at 6 people

Time commitment: 1 hour a week x 4 weeks
